Review by: Jon Riesenfeld

Well, I saw M.O.D. in Houston and let me tell you they rocked!!! The show kicked some serious ass. It lasted about 67 minutes. There were 3 other bands, the first 2 were ok, but the third one "New Society of Anarchists" was awesome. They were a great metal band, and I think they can get big in the genre of music. Billy produced their latest album too.

I had never had the chance to see
M.O.D. before so I didn't know what to expect. They played old songs only. Billy said something like: "After 15 years of playing these songs and pissing people off, after this we're not playing them anymore." He also said: "There comes a time when it's time to move on and tonight is it".

I had someone take a picture of me and him after the show, and I got to chat with him for a few minutes. He signed my
USA for M.O.D. cd on the cover. I was very happy to hear all those songs from USA for M.O.D, it's my favorite album of theirs. Here's a setlist for the show:

Aren't You Hungry
Get a real job
Don't Feed the Bears
Spandex Enormity
Bubble Butt (*)
Jim Gordon
Objection/Dead End
Highway to Hell (**)
Ruptured Nuptuals
Short but Sweet
Bubble Butt (***)
Step by Step
Imported Society
AIDS
Ode to Harry
Theme
Bubble Butt (****)
Hate Tank
United Forces

(*) They went through the song 2 times, then stopped and Billy introduced it again!! And they played it 2 more times.
(**) Sang part of the chorus of the AC/DC song.
(***) Yes they played it again, they seemed to really be having fun with this song. This time they had 2 girls from the audience on stage shaking their asses.
(****) They started playing the song again, and Billy only sang "Bubble Butt" and then they stopped.

Feel free to post my comments on your site if you want.
